Vendors - Bark in the Park 2010

PLEASE NOTE: We have registered the maximum number of vendors our festival site can accommodate! Organizations interested in participating can still join in by advertising in our program and donating items for our silent auction & drawing.

Why be a Vendor?
This unique and family-friendly event is in its 27th year. We are proud to host this festival and we have developed a range of opportunities for organizations that provide products and services to showcase themselves to the upstate community. Bark in the Park is the perfect venue to:

  1. Promote your organization or business
  2. Raise awareness of your organization with potential customers
  3. Congratulate the winners of our contests and celebrate their award-winning achievements
  4. Show your support for the work of CCA

Because this event has become a beloved tradition, sponsors also benefit from the opportunity to reach a select group of upstate residents. This unique festival is your chance to interact with a very targeted audience.

General Vendor Information

  • Rain or shine – the show must go on!
  • Two booth sizes are available [see options below].
  • All booth spaces are located on a grass field.
  • Placement is at the sole discretion of the event coordinator. If you have special requests or needs, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • All booth spaces will be close to the main contest, demonstration and events area.
  • Set up and supplies for booths are the vendor’s responsibility.
  • Set up is from 4:30 – 7:00 pm on Friday, October 29. Alternate set up is Saturday morning day of the festival, from 9:00 until 10:00 am.
  • Greenville Tech security officers will secure the site Friday night.
  • Registration for contest participants is from 10:00 – 11:00 am. The festival will run from 11:00 – 3:00 pm.
  • Break down begins immediately after the conclusion of the festival.
  • Each vendor is provided one parking space with convenient access to the festival area.
  • No refunds will be given unless the entire festival is cancelled. Special Benefits
  • All vendors will be included in the festival program.
  • Vendors may submit business cards for their program listing. Include your business card with your Vendor Registration form, or send your card to: barkinthepark@ccaweb.org.
  • Business cards must be received no later than October 10, 2010. If no business card is received from a participating vendor, that vendor’s name will be listed in the program.
  • All vendors can purchase a larger ad in the festival program at a special vendor rate.

Program Advertising
Vendors can purchase a larger ad in the festival program. All vendors who submit a business card receive an ad using the image provided. Business cards or additional information and graphics for larger ads can be submitted to: barkinthepark@ccaweb.org.

Please note: Artwork and copy for program advertising must be received no later than October 10, 2010.

Ad sizes:
Full page – 4.5” x 6.5”: $80.00
Half page – 4.5” x 3.75”: $40.00
Quarter page - 3.75” x 2.25": $25.00
Business card – 3” x 1.75”: included with registration
